4th Year


Hello again!
Last Tuesday, we handed in our food pyramids. Now we know that we should eat more food from the groups at the bottom and less from the ones at the top. We’ve also learned that, in order to keep healthy, we ought to eat at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables a day. Oh, and another thing is that we know what food we get carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals from. However, the best of all is that we can talk about that in English!

Hola de nou!
Dimarts passat, vam lliurar les nostres piràmides dels aliments. Ara sabem que hauríem de consumir més aliments de la base i menys dels de la part superior. També hem après que, a fi de mantenir-nos sans, hauríem de menjar almenys 5 racions de fruita i verdura al dia. Ah, i a més a més sabem de quins aliments obtenim glúcids, proteïnes, greixos, vitamines i minerals. Tot i això, el millor de tot plegat és que podem parlar-ne en anglès!
